At Nahid Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of our products and the accuracy of your orders. However, if you face any issues, our Return & Refund Policy will help guide you through the process.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or wrong.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once we verify your request, we will guide you through the return process.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal dislike.
  • Customized or pre-ordered sarees cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • If the returned product is verified as defective or incorrect.
  • If the ordered item is out of stock after payment.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be processed through bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the product is wrong or defective, Nahid Fashion will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
